Will there be a digital release for this project
We may consider a digital version for the planner only.Will this project be for-profit or for charity?
This will be a for-profit project. All profits earned after funding and production will be distributed evenly amongst the team.How many contributors will you be accepting?
We are looking for approximately 23 artists max—12 spread illustrators, 3-6 spot artists, 4-5 merch artists. Each merch artist will be expected to design for 2-3 items.Who can apply as a contributor?
Anyone 18+ interested in HXH and a retro cafe theme. You will need to be 18 or over at the time of application.How will contributors be compensated for their time?
As with all our projects, every contributor will receive a copy of the full bundle + shipping for free.Will there be reprints or reruns of this project?
Our projects are all one print only.Where is this shipping from?
All our projects, unless stated otherwise, ship from Australia.

application guidelines

General Guidelines
- Applicants have to be 18 or over at the point of application.
- All samples must be SFW.
- All links need to be accessible. If we are unable to view your work, your application will not be considered.
- Experience and social media following are irrelevant. Just have fun~Page, Spot & Merch Artists Guidelines
- Please provide three samples of your work.
- All samples must be completed works (not a sketch, WIP, etc.). Any tracing, stealing, and AI generated images will not be tolerated.
- HXH specific samples are highly preferred.
- Any food themed/food featuring samples are highly preferred.
- Merch artists should have at least one merch sample.General workload
- Page artists are expected to complete one full illustration spread.
- Merch artists are expected to design for two to three items.
- Spot artists are expected to complete three month layouts.
